About Us

Kimberley and District Striders are a small affiliated running club who cater for all ages over 13 years and all abilities. We take part in local league races as well as bigger national events but entering races is by no means compulsory to members. We contribute ourselves to the running calendar with our annual ‘Goose Fair Gallop’ race and help out with some league races. We pride ourselves in our social events and frequently arrange nights out, walks, Christmas Parties etc. Once a year we have a meeting for all members when we discuss ways forward for the future of the club and give annual awards to deserving members who have contributed exceptionally to the club. We currently have around 60 members and new members are always welcome to join. We have a facebook group, click here and add yourself as a facebook friend of  KADs.

Any persons interested in joining, can turn up at Kimberley Leisure Centre on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.There are runs for every ability and escorts for newcomers.
